Matt Pelishek
Matt Pelishek is the afternoon host (2-6pm). Matt was born with a face for radio. He graduated from Northwestern College and Radio in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in radio broadcasting in 2006, however he has been involved in radio since 2000. Matt’s work in radio has won a number of awards, both from a prestigious broadcasting school as well as national awards from the NRB (National Religious Broadcasters).
In addition to his radio work, Matt has also been heavily involved with youth ministry. He spent 3 years as a youth speaker traveling the Midwest, and also internationally in Australia and New Zealand. He also served as a youth director at two different churches, and has both authored and co-authored youth devotional books.
In his spare time, Matt loves teaching and practicing martial arts, watching sci-fi movies, and creating memories with his wife Becky, and three beautiful girls Zoe, Sophia, and Maddie (whom you might occasionally hear on the air).
